PHA

The aim of the PHA is to offer alternative health support to local people by creating easy to reach hubs all over the country. We are concentrating on the Ore and Hastings area.
The PHA was set up when founder, Katherine Mc Bean, realised that there was a growing need for alternative support for people with health concerns.
Our hub is all about helping and supporting the community to become empowered and feel confident to take charge of their own health in a positive way and to become knowledgeable of the many ways that alternative practices can compliment Allopathic medicine to maximise good health and wellbeing.

We can offer some simple health tips offered by Therapists and Practitioners

The Growing Network UK.
THURSDAY 27th MARCH
Jo will be explaining what the growing network is all about and discussing how local communities can be gathered together through the growing and sharing of plants, food and heritage seeds, where these items are freely given and received to create a more heart lead community group.

Walking and Nature
Have a quick walk around the block if you don’t get out very often. Daily fresh air is important. Even five minutes will make a difference.
Breathe in the fresh air (see above). The more time you spend outdoors the better. If you can, walk somewhere green and reconnect with nature.
