Sprouting
Broccoli sprouts are very potent inducers of detoxification enzymes due to their high content of isothiocyanates (link).

This makes them a powerful tool for protecting against carcinogenesis and mutagenesis (i.e. cancer formation). Broccoli sprouts can be grown from seed in 3 – 5 days following this simple guide here and are generally eaten raw with 3 – 5 servings per week.
Broccoli sprouts can be an acquired taste, so why not put them in a salad?
