Reiki Healing

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands”. Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness.

Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure.

I am attuned to Reiki Master level which means I have access to advanced techniques including powerful distance healing.

I am qualified in Reflexology – using acupressure points on the feet to heal and I use this method as part of the healing session.

I am a qualified counsellor and so you can be assured of an empathic experience with a strict adherence to personal and professional boundaries.

Sessions are £40.00 for a one-off treatment however mostly it is beneficial to come weekly or fortnightly, for a period and the price will be lowered depending on affordability for you. However, one session can be very powerful and may be enough.

Tarot Readings

I have been practicing tarot for many years, mainly using the well-known Rider Waite deck applying both traditional and personally designed spreads to suit your situation.

I have found tarot an excellent way of helping to solve dilemmas and open up the bigger picture in order to make more informed decisions – clearing away the clutter of the mind to find the heart of the matter.
The archetypes of the tarot run through all our lives; if you are a sceptic about the mysterious aspects of tarot, you can hook into a suit or a card and look at your life in relationship to that point and see where you may need more or less of this aspect.

As a qualified counsellor and reiki healer I can assure you of a professional, empathic and deeply intuitive tarot experience.

Sessions are £35.00 per hour.
