.The PHA hub Ore and Hastings, was started by myself and Ruth Drake in 2023. We felt drawn to start and grow a local group that focused on sharing information regarding complimentary health practices and more natural ways of living.

We were inspired by Katherine Mc Bean, the original founder of The Peoples Health Alliance, to form this hub so that we could come together on a regular basis and support the community in many different ways.

We hold monthly meetings and organize talks on many subjects from how to get the best drinking water to the many ways that stinging nettles can be our friends! We also host Health and Wellbeing events where practitioners can show case their various healing modalities.

We are very interested in learning about other like-minded groups in the East Sussex area including local Farmers and growers and to look at ways to support them in these challenging times.
