Hello :) I am a qualified and insured psychotherapeutic counsellor, which just means I have completed a variety of advanced levels of training in relation to understanding the human psyche and the ways to help support people to live their life from a place of balance, awareness, and choice. More importantly I feel, I have overcome complex PTSD, and in doing so have gained a plethora of insights into the complications this brings to one's life, and the true benefits of thriving beyond it.

I have worked in both private, local authority and voluntary settings in a variety of roles with people who have been marginalised, traumatised, and oppressed, whether within their families, society, or relationships. I have supported people who have suffered grief, loss, and separation in a diversity of manifestations and many other ways humans can suffer.

I work with a focus on enabling the parts of ourselves that go unheard to find expression; with the inner child; with what our non-verbal cues are communicating, and help aid the understanding between all these often-non-aligned parts to gain deeper understanding, and expand the choices of how your life is led.

Within the therapy sessions we will begin to develop a sense of safety, gently building a relationship in which you can feel held and contained. During our time together we will typically work to learn ways to calm your nervous system and begin healing your overall health and wellbeing, allowing a stronger more resilient you to emerge alongside the psychological changes that will occur. We will work with the mind, body, and Spirit to enable and support a whole-body approach to healing.

In addition to one-to-one therapy, I also offer, Therapeutic Walking for issues that do not require the container of a room, and Parenting Support for families where lack of consensus and harmony is causing relational issues.
